Easter weekend in Wales

What was supposed to be a relaxing bank holiday in Wales turned out to be anything but! In advance of my husband watching Paris-Roubaix next weekend he decided that we should have our own 'Hell of the North' (Wales) bike ride. Tough training!

London Duathlon last weekend - run was good but bike felt a bit slow so very happy to finish 3rd in my age group, 13th lady and 99th overall!
