Session blocks

Personal training is booked in blocks of 5 or 10 sessions. Trial sessions are available before committing.

Payment

Payment in full will be given to the trainer, at the beginning of or before a block of sessions. Cheque, cash or bank transfers are accepted.

Consultation

A health and fitness consultation will be completed before commencing personal training sessions.

Session dates and times

(a) Dates and times for sessions will be organised at the start of a block of sessions and arranged directly with the trainer.

(b) Sessions will begin at the appointed session time. If the client is delayed, the time will be deducted from the session. If the trainer is delayed, the lost time will be added to the session or one of your future sessions.

(c) A blocks of 5 sessions need to be taken within 6 months and a block of 10 sessions within a year.

Cancellation policy

(a) At least 24 hours notice is required for the cancellation of a session. This cancellation must be via email, text or call to 07879 817677.

(b) If a session is not attended by the client, or less than 24 hours notice has been given, the full session charge will apply.

Illness

If you are unable to complete your block of sessions due to illness, the payments will be carried forwards to future sessions or reimbursed. This is not applicable to group sessions.
