SWFit Group Exercise
SWFit believes that exercise should be fun and is often best enjoyed with friends (or as a means of making new friends). As a result, Jill runs the SWFit mums group exercise classes every week in baby friendly surroundings where a 1 hour class focusses upon the wishes of every new (and some not so new) mums to lose baby weight and improve body tone and with that gain self-confidence and a healthy outlook.
The after class coffee debriefs often last longer than the exercise which makes these group classes a great way to meet like-minded mums and have fun with benefits.
SWFit Mums is open to all mums, with or without their little ones and suits all fitness levels.
Current classes –
Indoor - Nature Centre (adjacent to The Skylark), Wandsworth Common – with plenty of space for buggies & babies and changing facilities. Taking booking for after half term starting 22nd February 2017
Classes run from 22nd February until 22nd March inclusivewith 1 weeks break on 8th March inclusive
£45 for 4 weeks until Easter

Private Group Exercise
SWFit can provide specific programmes for any groups of friends or NCT Classes wishing to have a more intimate new mums or dads programme. A progressive course can be designed for the particular wishes of your group at a venue of your choice.
