Jill Walsh has been a competitive club runner for many years, completing numerous marathons, half marathons and trail races in addition to many triathlons, duathlons and adventure races.  Jill still regularly competes and is well versed in translating her experience of training and her fitness qualifications into structured programmes that will benefit couch potatoes and athletes alike. 

Jill is a qualified trainer and clients benefit from tailored made personal programmes that will see you get fitter and healthier no matter the starting level or ultimate goal. 

Jill has a specialism, borne from her own experiences and a YMCA QCF in ante and post natal fitness alongside a Jenny Burrell certificate in post natal training, of helping new mums (and dads) regain previous fitness levels and physique after the life changing process of having a child. 

If you prefer to exercise as a group, SWFit can provide specific programmes for any groups of friends, teams or company groups. Whether you all want to lose weight, run your first 5km or 10km race a block of sessions can be designed for you at a venue of your choice.
